The team working on 'Ambulation' are specilised in working on just that, so it would INDEED be a waste of resources if they had to be trained into working on EVE and thus also wasting time on those DEV's then busy training them. Next to that, more DEV's in a team doesn't automatically improve the quality and amount of fixing! You can have just that many people working on the same code at once ;) Also something people fail to see nor comprehent! L.E.A.R.N. to read all the articles about Ambulation first! Before bashing a feature you appearently know NOTHING about! Second, they have stated so many times that Ambulation will be COMPLETELY OPTIONAL! Will run on a COMPLETELY SEPERATE environment! And thus NOT interfering with the Tranquility cluster itself and using her resources! SIGH These anti-Ambulation threads become sillier each day But but but... It has to do with EVE becoming what the devs can and will do with it and maybe a little influenced by their customers sane arguments.
